Industrial Action: Transport NSW - The Australian Workers' Union : The Australian Workers' Union

The NSW Industrial Relations Commission has tonight issued orders preventing industrial action planned by our members at Transport NSW tomorrow.

AWU members are advised to attend work as normal tomorrow.

The AWU is extremely disappointed with this outcome and we are currently seeking further legal advice in relation to this matter.

We will provide a full update to our members tomorrow and continue our fight for a fair wage rise.
