Are casual employees entitled to Annual Leave, Sick Leave or Long Service Leave?

Casual Workers do not have any entitlements to any type of Leave, however casuals recieve an average loading of between 15 and 25 per cent on top of their normal hourly rate to compensate for not having any Annual Leave, some awards or Enterprise Agreements may specify a higher loading rate.
