Chris Maxwell, QC, author of the Review of Victoria’s OHS Act, will join other speakers including Rob Hulls, Victorian Attorney General and Industrial Relations Minister, John Merritt, Executive Director of Worksafe Victoria, and Bill Shorten, AWU National Secretary.
The Occupational Health & Safety Representatives/Delegates Development Day & Seminar will be held on September 15 in the Victory Room at the Telstra Dome.
The Seminar constitutes recognised training by Worksafe Victoria under section 32 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act so that elected Health and Safety Representatives are entitled to attend. Members may contact their AWU organiser for assistance if required.
